“A Light In The
Darkness” is an outreach of
The Campaign for Life®
on behalf of America’s Christian Crisis Pregnancy Care
Centers in the name of Jesus Christ.
Our goal on “Sanctity of
Human Life Sunday” is to publicly and silently
memorialize the 43 American million lives lost in the war
against our unborn children since 1973 – while at the same
time increasing the prayer-service-financial support for
Christian Crisis Pregnancy Care Centers – all in the name
of Jesus Christ. Our objective in 2004-2005 is to light a
million luminary memorial candles during the third week of
January and inspire up to 100 million prayers for life.
One dollar lights one candle for three hours of silence in
memory of lives lost. Two-thirds of proceeds from “A
Light In The Darkness” directly support America’s
LOCAL Christian Crisis Pregnancy Care Centers in
the name of Jesus Christ.
The Mission Of “The Campaign For Life” Is Threefold:
1) To communicate
to Christians throughout America the close harmony between
the heart of Jesus Christ – as revealed in scripture – and
the goal of defending the lives of the unborn in His name…
2) To strengthen the relationships of Christian
Crisis Pregnancy Care Centers with Christian churches and
communities throughout their local service regions…
3) To motivate every church and every individual
Christian to help provide sustaining levels of prayer,
volunteer support, and financial support that is necessary
to meet the growing outreach and operations of America’s
Christian Crisis Pregnancy Care Centers.
The Mission Of The
Pregnancy Care Center of the Susquehanna Valley
The Pregnancy Care Center of the
Susquehanna Valley is a Christian Ministry whose mission
is to defend life, to meet the physical, social and
spiritual needs of those who may be experiencing a crisis
pregnancy, to bring healing and wholeness to lives
traumatized by abortion, to present the gospel of Jesus
Christ, and to challenge our communities to adopt a Godly
view of sexuality and the sanctity of human life.
